Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you experience issues with your delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery within Saskatoon is available. For any orders less than $100 (without taxes), the delivery fee is $5. All orders over $100 (without taxes) have FREE delivery within Saskatoon. After you have placed your order, we will reach out by email or text to arrange a delivery time.
In-store pickup
We offer local pickup at the Lucia Medspa studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email/text when your order is ready along with instructions. You can also make an appointment to pickup products in studio.
